Turn your Mac Mini into a server →
I’ve been using this to set up my mac mini as a server. Video tutorials are very good… They are made so that anyone can do it and have a good balance of not too long so that you get bored or annoyed, and not too short so that you don’t understand.

I just finished watching Taken which is about a girl who gets kidnapped by members of organised crime that want to sell her to the highest bidder for exactly the reason that your thinking. The Father is an ex CIA officer who finds her and kills a lot of bad people to finally save the day. Think about Jack Bauer in a movie… Just as hard core. iLife 09
I won’t go into it in any detail what so ever as there are many reviews out there already… But i got the new iLife 09 CD when i bought my Mac Mini and have recently installed it. I must say i did love the idea of taggin people’s faces in photographs… I just thought it would be a little more automatic and not so rubbish. I’ve heard such great reviews from other people...

Had a awesome day out with Lauren today. The boredom of this morning lead to a random trip to the beach. To our surprise though it cost £6.50 or so to get there plus a 1 hour bus journey from Canterbury! Not to worry though as we had fish and chips and sand and beach and sea and primark so life is stilllll gooooodd!

WatchThe new android phone. Whilst i haven’t had a play with the actual software itsel it does seem particularly promising. But the biggest thing now is that there is now a nice handset to house the android platform.

Random weeks
It’s definitely been an interesting week to say the least. Lots of random things that has made it all feel like a bit of a rollercoaster, and yet I wouldn’t take back any of it. Things are going well with Uni apart from functional programming, things are sorted with Lauren and I and money is less of an issue with thanks to a Kent bursary due in 1 month.

Bored at a record low
My boredom, as the very obvious title suggests, has hit a record low.
I cannot sleep therefore i am spending my time cleaning up my mac a little (Organising an already organised file system, making it more secure, cleaning up the dock etc)… That wasnt the insane part. Great day, followed by health confusion.
The snow, was as fun as hell. Nice little morning having a walk in the snow with the Lauren, Soph, G and Pea which was then followed by an episode of 24 with Laurie.
